Sanjay Kaul is Chief Revenue Officer at Circles Group and CEO of Circles Aspire BV. Prior to working for Circles he have service IT and Telco giants like Cisco, Ericsson, BT and Telia. Sanjay is Alum of NIT, Durgapur and Harvard Business School. Sanjay serves as Board of Director/Advisory for number of digital platform / SAAS companies. 

Sanjay is also a huge advocate  of diversity and inclusion. He was recently recognized by House of Rose Professional Male Champion for gender equality 2023 among several CXO of top global multinational companies.

Anita Kaul Parmar is an entrepreneur, astute business women and home maker. 

She call herself as a part-time Executive and full-time home maker, with many ventures to her credit. Prior to her entrepreneur journey she worked in brands like Ericsson, Shallotcom International, Ana Creations, Kendall Premium. She established a retail brand called KrstalBar which specialised in crystal barware.

Anita holds MBA from IIPM and BSC Honors from Delhi University.

Mazen Mroue is currently the MTN CEO Digital Infrastructure, MTN Group  

Prior to this appointment and since joining MTN in 1998, Mazen has held various senior leadership roles within MTN Group regional operations in Middle East and Africa including roles like CEO, COO and CIO of the operating companie. He holds master Degree in Engineering. 

He is also certified in Leadership Development and Executive Finance from Harvard Business School and INSEAD respectively

Sanjay Rohatgi

He is currently serving as SVP  for Automation Anywhere and will be responsible for driving transformative growth for the company in the exciting APJ region. 

Sanjay is an Industry veteran and his experience spans more than 35 years within IT Industry with Arista, Cohesity, NetApp, Symantec and Cisco. He has led APJ for majority part of his career and has been able to drive transformative growth for all companies he has worked for. His career spans sales, business development, product marketing and services. 

Prior to Automation Anywhere, Sanjay worked for leading multinational organizations like Arista, Chesty, Nettapp, Cisco & Nortel. Sanjay completed the coveted Advanced Management Program (AMP) from Harvard Business School (Boston) in May 2022. He has a MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Australia, M.Eng. in Opto-Electronics from University of Strathclyde in UK and B.Eng. from NIT India. 

Sandeep is an Electrical and Electronic Engineer by qualification, an alumnus of BITS Pilani and Post Graduate Diploma in Sales and Marketing. He is also a trained executive coach. His experiences include 13 years as Region Head, CEO, Board Director, Shaping sell-side transactions in India, APAC and Global theaters in b2b domain.

His executive roles include, CEO/Region head, Global functional head in Nokia, STL and American Towers. He has served on the Board of Global Cloud Xchange, a submarine sea cable company owned by a Private Equity firm.

In addition to above he is an investor in early stage startups in various fields like AI led predictive maintenance, Adtech, Robotics, D2C, Space and others.

He is an executive focused on creating a performance culture by getting the teams to buy into simple vision which the team can instinctively see how they can contribute to. He likes to create high performance teams which punch above their weight.

Neeraj Parmar has LLB, CS and MBA qualifications. He is a practicing lawyer at NCLT as well as an Insolvency and Bankruptcy professional. 

He has over 25 years of experience in legal, regulatory, corporate finance, taxation, and company secretary functions in both large corporates and MNCs. 

Neeraj is an astute legal professional with attention to detail and extremely collaborative and emotional intelligent.

Prior to his own venture, Neeraj was general council and company secretary for Moser Baer, DLF Brands, Reliance retail, Planet Retail etc.

Ajit is a change agent with nearly there decades of experience. Possess prowess of developing successful business in consulting edutech and food industry.

Commercially astute professional with strong acumen, ability and experience of developing start ups and turning around non-profit businesses.

Niall Morrissey has built a distinguished career in asset finance and technology-based financial services, with over three decades of leadership experience across Asia Pacific, Europe and the US. Currently, he serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of VPS, a company with a presence in Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia. .

Prior to founding VPS, Niall was the Managing Director for Cisco Capital, overseeing commercial operations across Asia Pacific, Greater China, and Japan. His deep expertise in asset financing grew through various leadership positions, including his tenure at Standard Chartered Bank’s Capital Equipment Finance business, where he served as Managing Director. He also held the role of Executive Director at Macquarie Bank, where he established and led their Corporate Asset Finance business for Asia Pacific.

Niall holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Management from the University of Southern Queensland. Having lived and worked in South Korea, China, and Japan since 1999, his career reflects a deep understanding of the Asia Pacific business environment and a specialization in driving innovative financing solutions for the technology sector
